Blue Estate Island recently launched the world's first floating city with accommodations ranging from $20,0.00 to $1.5 billion. Located in the Caribbean Sea, these houses range from studio apartments to luxurious mansions and are made from high-performance concrete.

The city can house over 15,000 permanent residents and will feature businesses, hospitals, and schools. The Blue Estate Island floating city will promote a sense of community with various parks and community centers. The island features outer walls that measure over 160 feet to "dwarf the ocean's biggest waves" and ensure safety. Moreover, the island will focus on sustainability and use renewable sources for power, maintaining a negative CO2 output.

The floating city hopes to be open to residents by 2023.
